2.3 Withdrawing Your Balance

The minimum amount you can withdraw in a single transaction is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed after review and are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. There may be reasons why processing takes longer due to verification checks.

Before making a withdrawal, any active bonus must have its wagering requirement fully met. If you withdraw without completing the wagering requirement, the full bonus amount will be removed and only your deposit amount will be paid out.

3.4 Financial Verification

cv555 has the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time, including when processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The cv555 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 10.

• Example 1: If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• Example 2: If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 480,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

Each player can receive a bonus only once. If bonus abuse is detected, cv555 will cancel the bonus amount and may freeze the relevant funds.

4.3 Changes to Promotions

cv555 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Combining promotions is not permitted unless cv555 has specifically stated that they can be combined.
